However, in the event that your baggage or personal items are lost, delayed, or missing upon arrival, passengers are kindly requested to contact the Basra Airlines Office or the Ground Handling Office at the airport immediately.
Our team will assist you in locating your baggage and provide you with a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) form to complete with the necessary baggage and contact details. This information will help us track and recover your baggage as quickly as possible.
Passengers are advised to keep their baggage tag and travel documents available when reporting missing baggage.
